-Day 1-

The 4 Gurls met up at Budget Terminal on the 17th July 2008 @ 5am.
Thing goes very smoothly for the rest But not for me. *While Weichen forgot her phone again*
We tried weighing our luggage before checking in. My Luggage is the lightest(8.2kg) while Huifang's luggage is the heaviest(10.2kg).

Why did i said that things dun goes smoothly for me leh. Cos Among all of us, the policeman get me to go into the airline baggage check to get my bag weighed. While the rest stood outside laughing at me. *Something worst happen on the last day @ the airport*


After checking in, we proceed into the departure hall. Walked around the mini duty free and bought some drinks at the 711. Weichen commented about the 金诚武's advertisement. So we got her to take a photo with *him*

While Ching & Me was sitting down eating our breakfast(Sandwiches), HuiFang & WeiChen was at the internet access area to use the desktop provided. After finishing our breakfast, we proceed into another hall, awaiting to board the plane - TR102 *Tiger Airways*

We were boarding at Gate 9 and get some passer-by to take a photo of us with the Very Big No 9.

My Seat on the Plane is 22E, sitting with WeiChen(22F). While Ching & Huifang was behind us, 24E and 25F respectively. *Details might be wrong*

Though its not my first time sitting on the plane. I still made some lil 'Wow' along with WeiChen when the plane was on its way up. Chatted for awhile and started to doze off. *Sitting uncomfortably*

2 Hours past super fast & here we are touching down at Suvarnabhumi Airport - Bangkok 8.10am Bangkok time.

Find the way out and got all our luggages. Proceed out of the airport to ground floor and get our bus tickets as planned. However, plans are still plans, it didnt work out that well. The receptionist told us there is no more vacancies and we need to wait till 2.30pm Bangkok time.

There is this man keep trying to get us take up his package. Private Car @ 1500 baht. We took up his offer when he lowered to 1000 baht, and in addition, the driver will pay for the toll charges.



Its another 2hr car ride before getting to our destination: Pattaya - Grand Jomtien Palace


Reached the hotel and was welcomed by warm greetings from the bell boy. He helped us with the luggage and served us welcome drinks. -very sweet orange juices-


Got our room keys - 212 & 214 and proceed up. Guess what !! Its connecting rooms. So throughout the whole 3days 2 nights there, we didnt shut the connecting doors at all.




Pattaya is an attractions for tourists. The place is filled with Ang Mohs & Ang Mohs. The whole stretch is the Jomtien Beach with people tanning & strolling around. Of cos there is people playing with the sea sports that they provided us with.

After unpacking our luggage, we had our lunch @ Salotto. They provides free wireless internet connection and we start sms-ing free of charge.






After lunch, we walked around to get some drinks from 711. The 3 of them bought Icecream.

Ching was very happy with her strawberry chocolate icecream.
And when she found out that its melted..Look at her side expression. While hf & wc are *Oooo* happily at their icecream.

*Ching is back with her icecream after exchanging for a new one. However, she is disappointed at the size of the icecream. So Small !!!*

Our Day 1 itinerary is to try out the Go Kart. So we went to *EasyKart* attempting to play Go Kart. We took our first tuktuk there that costs us 100baht. *Anyway there is only tuktuk available over at pattaya & they really catered for rich Ang Mohs over there.*

Reached *EasyKart* and decided not to go ahead with our plans cos its too expensive and really not worth it. So we took some pictures and left the place.






We took our 2nd tuktuk trip to the Outlet Mall and cost us 150baht. To us, the outlet mall is supposed to sell cheaper branded stuff. TO our disappointment, it didnt !! However, we still comb all the outlet malls and decide to proceed back to our hotel. Nothing to see Nothing to buy & Nothing exciting & Interesting.

Took a tuktuk back to our hotel and cost us 80baht. We started slacking around, watch starmovie channel & playing bridge. Thanks to Weichen who brought those cards. Play & Play. Time passes so slowly & finally its time for dinner.

We went to some shophouses-style place to have our dinner. Its Yummy but serving size was pretty small.

We had: Chicken in Coconut Sour Soup, Very Hard Green Veggie in Oyster Sauce, Sweet & Sour Prawn, Panang Curry Pork.

After dinner, we walked around and sat by the beach. Slacking around aimlessly.


After awhile, we went to buy some drinks & tidbits and proceed back to our hotel. Taking our turn to bathe & continue watching movie on starmovie channel.

-Day 2-

Grand Jomtien Palace serve very delicious Breakfast. I got a few photos of the food that we have eaten.

After Breakfast, we walked to near-by shops to buy Weichen's singlet for later activites. WEnt back up to change & off we go to the JOmtien Beach for some Sea Sports !!!



We went for Para-Sailing(600baht per pax), Jet-Ski(600baht per pax) & Banana Boat(500baht)

*Yes I said that the guy standing behind me is Not bad. Cos he is the only Macho Guy over there. Nice Build & Most Fit among all guys. Minus away the ugly tattoo!!!*



After Parasailing, we went for Jet-Ski. *Ching & Me in one get-ski. Hf & Wc in another one.





After Jet-Ski-ing. We rest for 10mins. The man took photo of us during parasailing and sold us the Souvenirs at 100baht each. We took his offer and got him to offer us 2 coconuts. So we rest and drink our coconut !!



When we finish our coconuts, went for our last sea sports for the day. The Banana Boat, where we get to play together.




After the whole morning of sea sports. We went back to our hotel to wash up. After bathing, we slack awhile and went for our lunch at a nearby place.

Weichen ate choco icecream while the rest of us ordered dishes to share.

Green Curry again. Other than these 2 dishes, we had another plate of HARD green mixed salty veggie.

After lunchie, we walked around for awhile before going for our thai massage. So we walked for a super long distance !!! Perspiring lotsa !!! Stop by 711 to buy some drinks :)

After walking for quite a distant. We hail a tuktuk instead of walking back the same long distance we came from. Got ourselves back to Grand JOmtien Palace and proceed to Baan Thai Spa for thai massage. Its 200baht for 1 hour.

After the thai massage, we proceed back to hotel and slack for awhile. Around 7pm bangkok time, we took a tuktuk and went to pattaya beach @ 150baht.

-On the Way there-We were so tanned that we had natural blushes on :)

Seem to us that we arrived at some places that seem more posh !!*Not referring to the above Photo* Went to Royal Garden Plaza for our Dinner @ AKA Restaurant yakiniku.shabu.teppanyaki





Those are what we had for our dinner. Some jap cum korean food.


The very Sauce person - Weichen. Ate her chicken / pork by applying nicely layers of sauce before putting into her mouth. *The same way she did for her waffle*

After Dinner, we walked around in the Royal Garden Plaza till its closing time. 10pm Bangkok time. NO choice, we walked out and went to pattaya city walk. Walk & Walk.

Getting my green apple + pineapple juice, we went to Swensens for IceCream !!

After eating icecream. We rushed to take a tuktuk back, as it is raining outside. Went back to our Hotel, bathe & sleep :)

-Day 3-

Woke up much earlier for breakfast as we are checking out and going to bangkok.


Ching cant finish her pancake. So in order not to look as if she wasted lots of food, she cut the pancake into half and placed in on hf's plate.
Waffle's Lover = Weichen did that !! Putting her strawberry jam on the waffle bits by bits before she cut them up and eat it.

After Breakfast, we went to book a taxi to go back bangkok. Afterwhich, we went back hotel to pack our stuff and check out.

Took a Pink Cab back to Bangkok. ANother 2Hours Ride. The cab stopped at some petrol station to pump some petrol. While he tried to re-start his car engine again. SOme problems occur !! The taxi cant start !! Huifang & I thought that we are supposed to get down and help push the cab. Hahaz ... with the help from people working at the petrol station, the taxi started its engine successfully and off we go !!

Samran Place is our 2nd Hotel. We reached there and the security guard there helped us to carry luggages. Hmm..People there work for various different posts !! Hahaz !! Cos the receptionist sitting at the lobby was serving food during breakfast and another time he is standing behind the cafe bar. Hahaz !! This time round we din get to have connecting doors. Worst still, we were living at different floors. HF & WC at Room No 411, while Ching & Me at Room No 505.

After putting down our stuff, we took a Pink Cab down to Pratunum by METER and he stop us at Central World. So we had our lunch there @ The Canyon Coffee.

Huifang finished her noodles faster than me and she is very proud of it. Wahahaz !! NOrmally she is the lowest among all of us. Im busy taking photos, stirring my noodles & noting down details on my hp :p*As usual right?!*

After Lunch we went to a super pink toilet.

Off we go to PRATUNUM. On our way there, we saw the flea market outside Central World. So we decided to comb that area first.

Then we proceed to PRATUNUM. On the way, we stop by many stores. Most of the stores in PRATUNUM are closed. Really nothing much there for us to buy. Pratunum closes like 5pm and people start pushing their trolleys out and start selling their goods along the streets. So we walked around and bought some stuff.

HUifang & Weichen tried the streets hawker food - Crab Otah. Its nice !! They served in styrofoam container !!

Then we walked to Platinum and found out that they are closing soon. So we used the toilets and left for PatPong Night Market. Reached the Night Market finding out that it is really quite complicated and it started to rain heavily. So we ran across to have our DInner instead.

We had Pizza over @ The Pizza Company.




AFter our dinner, it is still raining heavily and we had only one umbrella with us. Tried to get a cab back to our Hotel. But one stupid Taxi Driver doesnt want to go by meter and said he goes at 300baht. So we went into the building again to wait for awhile praying that the rain will stop.



We tried our luck again and hailed a cab successfully. Reachd our Hotel - Samran Place. Bathe & Sleep.

-Day 4-

Breakfast really not bad. 6 different sets for us to choose from.

Mine !! Soupy Noodles. Huifang had the similar one but dried & fried.

After bReakfast, we went to CHATUCHAK !!

CHATUCHAK is a weekend market !! Its super crowded & messy over there. NOrmally we would split up and meet up at a certain place after a few hours. However, this time round we didnt. Cos, we werent sure that we will be able to walk back to the same place :x

CHATUCHAK got SO MUCH THINGS TO BUY !!! As time goes by, weather become very warm, stuffy & humid !! SO CHing & Me practically got no mood to look at clothes, try them or even bargain. So we simply walk, glance & walk.

We had Lunch there at their mini shops.

COincidently we met up with christina caderam & gang over at the lunch eatery area.

COntinue our shopping till around 5pm and we couldnt take it anymore !! Walked out to the streets and tried to get a cab that is willing to go by meter. One taxi driver quoted 300baht and Ching scolded him Crazy !! Hahaz !!

We stopped several cabbie and they didnt know the direction to our Hotel - SamRan Place. It is a small hotel that is famous among Singaporean. How could they not know of it !! Angry !! Hahaz !!

Finally we got a cab, rushed in & relax all the way back to our hotel. Ching & I were excited cos we thought that we bought lots of stuff !!
IN the END, we bought the least stuff for ourseleves and bought more for our family members. Haix .. I only had 3 tops while Ching had 4 tops ba ?? While the other 6 pieces are for my family !!

Chatuchak actually had lots of stuff to buy !! But one ve to be very patient about the HOT WEATHER. *I am the only one who didnt really perspire alot. At least im not Sticky at all. Hahaz..But ching said its not good that i didnt sweat much !!*

Went back hotel to slack and Watch the StarMovie Channel !! Wahahaz !!

After Dinner, we went over to 711 to buy some Mineral Water and Tidbits before goIng for our manicure cum foot massage. On the way, Ching fell down !!! Luckily, its not a sprain and its not painful. 幸好啊！！

Went to the massage place just beside our hotel. Me & Ching did Foot Massage while Hf did her Manicure. *Hf is very disappointed!!*

After Massage, went back hotel to wash up. HF & WC came over to our room to chill out. We ate tidbits, play bridge & of cos watch out StarMovie Channel. *MIstress of the Spices* was the movie that night. Spices become the internal Jokes among us !!

-Day 5-

Breakfast as usual.
My Scrambled Eggs.
Hf's Omelette !! Cut all her Ham & Sausage into the Omelette. Hahaz !! Couldnt see her Favourite Sausage at all...Sad*

Went to Chinatown for awhile. Bought nothing, cos everything there goes by wholesale !! Ching bought a bag while Huifang bought the Fish Maw

Since there is nothing much to shop and we couldnt find a place for lunch. We went to MBK as planned but earlier.

So we started our shopping over at MBK at 1220pm. However, there is nothing much to buy there. As usual, we splited up and set a meeting place & time. Meet up 220pm for lunch. Ching & I walked and walked till we started to glide again. Wahahaz !! We did bought something. Bag & Shoes.

Had our lunch at their Foodcourt L5.


We are so Sianz & Tired of the SHopping Trip.

Mine Huifang learn to eat Veggie after her Vietnam Trip. While I stop eating Veggie after my Bangkok trip !! Hahaz !! Yucky Veggie !!

After Lunch, we decided to check out the Moive Timing & Price up at L6. It costs us 80baht each !! CHEAP CHEAP !! So we watched *The Dark Knight* @ 930pm Bangkok Time.




We had another 2hours of shopping and meet up to go back hotel. Cos we were all super tired !! Went back hotel to slack & lie around on the bed. Crazy Ching went to switch the aircon to FAn 3 and 10 Degree celsius !! 10 DEGREE CELSIUS yea !!

We meet up at 7pm Bangkok time to take cab back to MBK. Ate KFC for Dinner.






AFter Dinner we had another 1 hour of shopping time. So we walked around and meet 9pm Bangkok time at L6 outside the Cinema.




We waited around for Theatre 3 to be open. Sat inside the Cinema and watched their Commercial Advertisement for 30 MINS !! Hmmm...Very long lo !! Then suddenly everyone stood up. Cos we need to pay respect to the king of thailand before the movie starts !! Shocked !!

Movie was nice !! Proceed back to Hotel & Wash up. Though we were tired, CHing & I chatted for quite some time before going to sleep !!

-Day 6-

woke up later than usual & went for our breakfast.
Me & Ching shared the fried rice set & American Egg Omelette Breakfast Set.

Say Bye Bye to Room 505 & Samran Place !! Check out after breakfast & Deposit our Luggages at the reception counter.

WEnt for our last day itinerary !! Shopping trip At PLATINUM !!

PLATINUM is like a Huge FarEast of 6storeys high. Lots & Lots of stuff to buy from there. I bought 5 shorts straight at one go. 3 tops & 4 dresses. Have to spend all of the money left cos to exchange back to Singapore Dollars = Not Worth It.

As usual, we split up and meet up 2hours at the reception area. However, Hf & Wc mix up the meeting area. We were suppose to meet at this reception area where opposite sells shoes. However, they waited at the reception area where opposite sells cosmetics.

Ching & I were very worried. Cos they were never late before. So we waited and walked to & fro from reception counter to another counter. Get Alfian & Fren to help us look out for them at the other entrance. FInally after 30mins, we walked back to the other reception counter again and saw them. Oh Gosh...放心了!!

They looked quite pissed off. *But Really Really its not Ching & I fault !!*

SInce they doesnt want to have lunch. We set another meeting time, 2 hours later at the reception counter where opposite sells cosmetics.

We had Mister Donuts and continue combing a few floors till we were so tired. Ching & I went up to L6 for some small tea breaks. Ate & Drink some stuff. PLATINUM FOOD COURT operates the same way as MBK FOOD COURT. Have to purchase coupons to buy food. However, PLATINUM uses Cards while MBK uses Papers.

We met Hf & Wc there coincidently. Hf was stoning !! 原来she is not feeling well. Poor gurl !! The whole of last day, she is just walking around with weichen and got no mood to shop anymore. Ended up, she had 800baht left !!

After Tea Break, we continue to finish our last few pieces of Baht. Buying anything that is nice !! In addition to the above buys, i bought 2 other skirts. Hahaz !! Most buys are at 200baht-250baht.

At 5pm Singapore Time, we went back to Hotel to pack our luggage and proceed back to the airport for check in.

We got a cab to airport at 350 baht and paid for the toll at less than 100 baht. SInce we reached the airport much earlier than expected, so we went up to L6 to have some sumptuous thai dinner.




After dinner, we went back down to L4 and queue to check in. Queue is super long & slow with jus 2 open counters. After awhile, another counter was open but it is still a very long wait for us. So we took some photos with the help of some guys in front of us.





Luckily our luggage is not overweight. Mine is still the lightest (11.0+kg) while Huifang is still the heaviest (15.1kg) !! After combining all luggages, we still have sufficient spaces to put in another 2 Handcarrier. So WEichen checked in her backpack *Ching's Backpack*





Anyway, the last worst thing that happened to me occurs here. Went into the Departure Hall and need to scan all our bags before proceeding into the our D5 Gate !! Guess what !! TO prevent myself from being sensored with metallic stuff on me, i placed every single items in my bags. But Now its my bag that gives me problem !!!

The person rescan my bag twice and still couldnt find out whats the metallic stuff in it. So i get them to stop scanning and open up my bag to check !! WASTE MY TIME !!!! So we took out everything in my bag into the basket, with the bag and went for another scan !!! Still i think there is some problem and they gave up !!

Our Plane Seat: 28E, 28F, 29E, 29F. At least now we got to sit pair by pair.

Touch down at BUdget Terminal 1145pm Singapore Time.
