1 Week Exam Period

Heex !! I guess its time for me to blog about my END of EXAM & START of HOLIDAYS (,")

Strawberry hasnt visited me yet .. that explained my mood-less daysSs..
But I will try to be Happy & blog about my HOLIDAYS :p

My last paper ended on 29th novemeber 2008 11am Sharp.
Heex (,") Oh My !!
Guess What !! Im the first among my friends to end the exam :x
Its nothing to be happy about .. cos there isnt anybody who is free to share ur joy

Ended up going back home straight after my paper
&
Sleep without having lunch...
*since i ve got nothing else to do...no readings to be done...no revision to do...no past yr papers to try on*

A summary to my ONE Week Exam !!

22nd Nov:
Measurement Specialist Works --- Framed Steel Structure came out.

Don't know if i should be happy or not .. haix !! Cos we managed to do the work example given in week 1 lecture 1 and obtained the answer key frm dr teo jus before exam. We went through it look through it ...

However, we didnt expect her to test on that !!!

Reasons being: 1) She didnt really teach this topic at all. 2) She didnt cover that in the first measurement module. 3) She didnt provide the answer key to everybody..unless u approached her with ur answer key. 4) Other than this small topic, we did cover basement, piling works & canal too !!

And this is how she torture us with a shocked jus the moment we flipped the exam paper !!

Feeling slightly happy cos i have went through her answer key. BUT I'm just so STUPID to be careful enough..Careless mistakes present throughout my whole paper *_*
Listening to friends discussing about their answers....I realize im REALLI VERY STUPID !!!
Haix !!

SO It means --- this paper is gone case de ~_~

24th Nov:
Project Scheduling & Control.

THanks to the KOREAN LEcturer that i couldnt really understand his lectures..
Luckily he oVerloaded Us with 3 Projects .. 2 Homeworks & 1 Report..
Making us think & revise our chapters consistently...

Though last year there is this particular mod..However due to the different lecturer employed...
the past yr paper is of NO USE at ALL !!!
So we actually went into the exam hall without any expectation of the paper we would be looking at ~_~

Its a 2 hours paper with 5 qns. And guess what .. we need to draw 2 graphs, 2 network diagrams, 2 essays & a few more structured qns.

THe one cheat sheet allowed for the exam is USELESS ~_~
My cheat sheet practically touched on all lectures ...
BUT JUS that Particular graph that i din drew in .. CAME OUT !!!
ARGH !!!

结论就是: No confidence to score well.

26th Nov:
Project Finance & Development.

Seriously speaking...most of us think that we din learn anything out of this mod.
And the word 'FINANCE' makes me bid for this mod at all means with 1000 over points !!!

Past years...this is a master program module...so as usual NO PAST YR PAPERS...

Individual project = End yr Exam.
That means ... the quality of ur project actually will determine the grade you will get for the final paper.

And since...what we had in all our reports are ONLY TICKS and nothing else...
How do we gauge if the project is up to standard ??

27th Nov:
Basic Translation.

My first 9am paper for this semester. Its pretty bad i guess...
2 Qns in the paper ... 50 marks each.

First qns is to translate one paragraph from english to chinese. And i spent 1.5Hrs on that !!
Second qns consists of 3 sub questions. And the answers for all the 3 sub qns can be squeezed into jus a single page. And its 50 marks ???!!!

29th Nov:
Dynamics of Interpersonal Effectiveness.

My last paper :)
Haix !!! 最Stress 的就是这个module !!!
Cos of the stupid 40% term test ...
简直是把我打进湖底..推到悬崖下

Its 4 Essay qns 100 Marks -- 2 hours paper !!
Write & Write till its Times Up !!

Other than the above 5 modules...I have this Core Module HR3003..
Which is so-called NO EXAM MODULE...

But we had our 40% final paper on the 12th November..Jus a week before the reading week.
Another BOO BOO paper ~_~

So my conclusion for this semester = IM DEAD FOR SURE !!!!!!!

I never make myself aim for a grade or a particular CAPS SCore...
Only till Joel & Korkor calculated for me & get me to realize something.
In order to be of that level ... i need to get a certain CAPS SCore every semester...

I started to have this mind set that ...
Yea that is what i want & mayb im able to hit that ...
Yea i need to reach that goal that started to form in my mind due to them *_*

And becos of that ... 我开始在意成绩的好与坏...
