Went to 海印古寺 (HAI INN TEMPLE) for 传灯 (Light of Infinity) in the evening.
The temple was located at:
33 Bricklands Road (off Choa Chu Kang Ave 3) Singapore 688254
In celebration for 2554 Happy Vesak Day, 佛教弟子们都齐聚在海印古寺内，点燃那盏智慧灯，但愿身心健康，身心愉快。
那盏明亮的灯，也是为了行恶之人所点的。点亮他们的灰暗世界，阴暗的内心。
This is my first time participating in such an event. People started gathering into respective queues, holding their 莲花灯and the 经书 given temporary to them. Its a 老少咸宜's event.
念完经后，就是点灯仪式了。一个接一个的点燃者，随着师傅慢慢的绕着寺庙走了一圈。每当走到了一尊佛像的面前，佛教弟子们都会虔诚的向佛像祭拜。一路走来，都会有拿着蜡烛的佛教帮手，随时随地让你从新点燃你那扑灭的莲花灯。
佛学班的小朋友们，随着老师与家长走在前面。
让我叹为观止的是那些纯真可爱的小朋友们，手里紧握着莲花灯，嘴里还大声地唱着“ 南无釋迦本釋牟尼佛”
