Was listening to mp3 on my way to work.

And this song I'm going to share today is the last song I listened to before Work.

Emotional lyrics struck my attention and immediately I fell in love with this song.

Took a break off my laptop. Decided to read my diary. The diary that captured what I've been through for the past few years.

First entry of the diary is the first day huBb & I got together officially.

Hardly update it since graduation.

090312 @ Day 5 - Hong Kong

Woke up middle of the night and wished baobei "Happy Birthday".

Afterwich we went back to sleep again. Really too tired from all the walking for the past few days.

We decided to wake up slightly later and had Brunch instead of Breakfast.

Here it is, our brunch at Eaton Hotel's Chinese Restaurant *Yat Tung Heen*





After Brunch, we walked to Mong Kok thinking of having Tim Ho Wan again.

But failed.

Head to Causeway bay - Tai Cheong Bakery to have our Egg Tart AGAIN :P

Had Hui Lau Shan too.



Bought our mini egg roll from Tai Cheong and head back to Hotel.

Along with Starbucks & Orange Juice.

Collected our Luggage & waited for the Bus to come fetch us to the Airport.

Tada !! Breakfast @ Tsim Chai Kee - Central

We took a walk to the lower garden terminus

We visited Madame Tussauds.

Had our lunch at Bubba Gump - Some restaurant at The Peak.

Went to mid-level escalator.

Visited Tai Cheong Bakery to buy their egg rolls & egg tart !!

Shopped at Mongkok & had our dinner at Mido Cafe.

And here comes the special event of the day:

Eaton Hotel presented us a complimentary cake for huBb's birthday

The day where we head back to our hotel at a much earlier time. Had a good early & longer night rest. The best birthday present for huBb from the trip :p

Not much photos were taken as it is drizzling.

We waited for the Symphony of Lights in the extremely cold weather.

Watched 5mins of it and left.

Nothing fantastic.

The Valentine's 2012

Although February 2012 is coming to an end. So I am here blogging about my Valentine's Day 2012 :)

The weekend before 14th February. We went out together but not to celebrate the Valentine's Day. Did lots of walking around town. Is it a shopping trip in preparation for our vacation in March? Hmmm...seriously I can't remember.

What I do remember is that I found this Blink Blink Adidas Cap that I fell in love with. Didn't buy it then. (But alrd got it now :P)

We had our simple dinner at Tam Po Po and around us are couples celebrating their Valentine's Day.

Behind us, a young couple, guy is around the age where he should be doing his NS now. While the girl looks like she just stepped into Uni. She was opening her present from him, and at the same time trying to guess what is it inside that nicely wrapped sookee jewellery box.

After awhile, she decided not to open up the box in front of him. So she picked up the invoice certificate. Looked at the description & maybe the price and immediately the mega watt smile was rewarded to her bf.

"You're so sweet" she said. And came next was "why you spend so much money..." BUT still ended off with "You're so sweet"

Told this to huBb since he is back facing them. huBb only shakes his head and commented that one starts to give jewellery at the early stage of the relationship, what will the gf expect years later?

Follow up, the bf beside our table was presenting his present to his gf. I think it is a nicely made piece of scrapbook-style paper with lots of patterns & wordings on it.

For this couple, the guy is eagerly presenting his present, while the girl doesn't have much expression. Hahaha.... I think probably because the girl is busy reading the content. I overheard the guy telling his gf not to disappoint him & study hard. Must get a first class honours.

Haha so stressful on the gf.

On Valentine's Day - 14th February 2012.

The day we almost couldn't meet but he decided he could but at a much later time, say 7pm at his working place.

We made our way to JP, thinking of trying Pizza Hut. (The heart-shaped pizza set)

Queue was way too long & I am way too hungry. So I didn't want to queue.

Went to KFC instead. Waited for quite sometime for a table too. (Angry! Some stupid young ladies ard 16-18yrs old were sitting there chatting after their meal with many other people waiting around their table)

Finally got our seats & food. Chatted.

huBb asked what will I do if a guy brings you to a fast food restaurant for the first date. I didn't give him the answer he wants....

Bf's Sis Birthday

We went to Roland Resturant in celebration of huBb's Sis's Birthday.

We had dinner set for 5-6pax with additional order; The Chilli Crab

Tofu w Veggie & Ginko Nuts.
Scallop & Asparagus. Scallop is really fresh & Asparagus is pretty soft. At least for someone like me who had just extracted 2 teeth. It is soft enough for my easy bite.
The *Stupid* looking fish. Fish is really fresh & soft. Submerged into the special sauce that enhances the sweet tasting flesh of the fish. Eat it with the crunchy ginger slices for a different taste =)
Braised Meat. Something like Dong Po Rou. Not v.oily. Not much fats. Not over-cooked. Try dipping the lil-man tou into the gravy...*yum yum*
Noodles with Fresh Live Lobster. The Fresh Live Lobster is cooked in Cheese and placed over the noodles. Q-Q noodles with Q-Q Lobster !!

Yam Paste w Ginko Nuts. Not my fav tho but I dont mind eating it.

The One - Chilli Crab.

Although I acknowledged that the crab at Melbourne Seafood Centre @ AMK was pretty good. But this Chilli Crab at Roland Restaurant is better!!

Gravy is different. Sweet & Spicy.

Juicy & Crunchy Crab.

In Total: S$305.

Really value for money as compared to the $500++ meals at Pu Tian.
