Bf's Sis Birthday

We went to Roland Resturant in celebration of huBb's Sis's Birthday.

We had dinner set for 5-6pax with additional order; The Chilli Crab


Tofu w Veggie & Ginko Nuts.
Scallop & Asparagus. Scallop is really fresh & Asparagus is pretty soft. At least for someone like me who had just extracted 2 teeth. It is soft enough for my easy bite.
The *Stupid* looking fish. Fish is really fresh & soft. Submerged into the special sauce that enhances the sweet tasting flesh of the fish. Eat it with the crunchy ginger slices for a different taste =)
Braised Meat. Something like Dong Po Rou. Not v.oily. Not much fats. Not over-cooked. Try dipping the lil-man tou into the gravy...*yum yum*
Noodles with Fresh Live Lobster. The Fresh Live Lobster is cooked in Cheese and placed over the noodles. Q-Q noodles with Q-Q Lobster !!

Yam Paste w Ginko Nuts. Not my fav tho but I dont mind eating it.


The One - Chilli Crab.

Although I acknowledged that the crab at Melbourne Seafood Centre @ AMK was pretty good. But this Chilli Crab at Roland Restaurant is better!!

Gravy is different. Sweet & Spicy.

Juicy & Crunchy Crab.

I missed out the photo of 1 dish - Crab Meat Stew. (Something like Shark Fins, but it is not)

In Total: S$305.

Really value for money as compared to the $500++ meals at Pu Tian.
