A service centre with operating hours from 9.30am - 7pm on all weekdays ain't helping working adult like me !!!

Gmarket is a good place to get all your buys at a reasonable price.
They have all sorts of products selling in that portal.
With different attitudes of Sellers.

I've faxed my enquiry through filling up their form over on 8 July 2011.
No reply from SingPost. GREATS !!
I've post a feedback/enquiry through their website portal which states that they will response within 2 working days.
More than 3 working days has past.
SingPost is definitely not as efficient as what I think it should be !!

Anyway, the tracking status states the following:
13 May 2011: Ready for collection at JP
07 June 2011: On Delivery (Meaning its on the way to my place)
07 June 2011: Delivery Advice Issued. (LIKE REAL !!!! I HAVE NEVER RECEIVE THAT PIECE OF DELIVERY ADVICE) Issued??? Issued to who???
21 June 2011: Item Collected @ IMM.
Why is it being collected?? Article got bounced back to the Seller(www.sglady.com) & she has collected it on 21 June 2011.
However when I emailed the Seller(www.sglady.com) on 30 June 2011, She simply asked me to check with Singpost & doesnt seem willing to help me out.
07 July 2011, I tested her out again and she finally said: "Good news, Singpost has just bounce back to us the mail yesterday, Will attempt a resend to you by today."
Wow!!

I was slightly happy that the parcel wasn't missing and that I'll get it soon again.
After one whole month, there isn't any news AGAIN.
So I emailed her @ lynn@sglady.com (www.sglady.com) again on 3 August 2011, till now, there isn't any reply from her.
Not willing to entertain me.

So I contacted Gmarket (http://gmarket.com.sg/) through their enquiry system.
Gmarket's reply:" By the way, we found that the seller had provided you the tracking info on 14 May 2011 via seller's board. And it is shown as collected on 21 June 2011. Please check with your family and Singpost as it seems that you received the items.
That is definitely not the best excuse to give it to a customer to hint her that you aren't willing to help out.
Gmarket (http://gmarket.com.sg/) never fails to disappoint the Buyers.
